Grand Malvern entrance that was used leading out to the back deck of a very impressive contemporary home.

Story timber frame with clear 6.38 mm thick laminate safety glass throughout.

A double door opening of 1370 mm ( not including fly screen )

385 mm hole has been previously cut out for doggy door on one side.

Hardware included - deadlock, handle set, panic bolts & hinges.

Retractable built in fly screens ( one side on bottom is not secured in due to this was recessed into concrete floor - see pics )

Screen only closed when doors are open.

Note - if you wanted us to change the glass in the doggy door area to a full sheet of laminate glass - an additional cost of $550 would apply.
